"The year I spent on the OSP was the highlight of my college experience.
I enjoyed being part of a diverse student body in one of Israel’s most interesting and modern cities.
The people I encountered and the trips we took around the country were among my favorite aspects of the
overall experience. I now have a connection with Israel that could not have been achieved otherwise."

Outreach Programs

Whether you recently returned from your TAU overseas program or attended the OSP in years past now is your opportunity to participate in the initiatives being launched by The School for Overseas Students.

The various Outreach Programs provide alumni with the chance to give back to the OSP as well as to reconnect with other past participants. With your help we can ensure the continued success and growth of the Overseas Programs.

If you have any questions regarding the following programs or to get involved, please contact the Student Relations Coordinator at alumni@telavivuniv.org.

Ambassador

Throughout the year, Tel Aviv University is invited to attend many different events in the United States that focus on study and travel in Israel. As OSP alumni, you are an invaluable resource and presence at these events. Whether on your college campus or in your local community, sharing your experiences with prospective students is a great way to stay involved with TAU. We invite you to act as an OSP Ambassador on your campus and in your community.

If you are interested in being considered for such future events, please write to alumni@telavivuniv.org.

Legacy

In the four decades since the inception of the Overseas Programs at Tel Aviv University thousands of students have participated in the overseas school’s various academic programs. Many participants remain connected to the OSP by sharing their experiences with family and friends. Each year we have the pleasure of seeing siblings and children of former participants enjoying these same programs and making their own lifelong memories, friends and connection to TAU.

To encourage this connection, the Office of Academic Affairs is pleased to offer scholarship opportunities through the Legacy Program. This scholarship is available to students whose parents or siblings completed one of Tel Aviv University’s overseas programs in the past.

If you would like to apply for this scholarship please fill out the Legacy Application Form and return it to the Alumni Coordinator at the Office of Academic Affairs.

Network

Participants in the Network initiative take on a lay leadership role within their local alumni population. As part of this role, alumni are encouraged to make connections between the OSP, their fellow program alumni and their communities.

Network events may include creating local reunions, or inviting alumni to external events such as professional networking, cultural or regional gatherings. If you have any suggestions for such opportunities please contact the Office of Academic Affairs at alumni@telavivuniv.org. We will be happy to help facilitate your initiatives.
