"My semester at TAU was a life-changing experience. As a result of my experience on the
OSP, I decided to spend my career working with college students who wish to study
abroad. It’s been ten years since I lived in Israel, but the memories are still as
fresh and powerful as they were when I had just returned."

HEBREW

The School for Overseas Students offers students two options to study Hebrew during the summer. These are the Summer Track 2 or Summer Ulpan courses. The Summer Track 2 is a special 4-week Intensive Hebrew course awarding a total of 3 academic credits and the Summer Ulpan awards 6 academic credits over 6 weeks.

These courses offer a variety of proficiency levels and are intended to help students gain or improve Hebrew language skills. A detailed description of the different Hebrew-course levels in Word .doc format is available for reference.

The goal of these courses is to equip students with the language skills required to enhance their Israel experience. The curriculum is comprised of 11 levels of Hebrew in order to find the best fit for all degrees of fluency. All sections of these courses are taught by distinguished members of TAU’s Hebrew department.
