The School for Overseas Students partners with other departments at TAU to offer students the option of interdisciplinary curricula each semester. Recent partnerships include the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of the Arts and the Faculty of Law.

TAU/BOSTON UNIVERSITY ENGINEERING PROGRAM
|
|
Boston University’s Engineering Program at Tel Aviv University is ideally suited for second semester sophomores in all engineering majors. It allows students to pursue engineering in a dynamic international setting while making normal progress toward their degrees.
The curriculum includes an intensive Hebrew language course, a Humanities elective, and 3 of the following courses: Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Electric Circuit Theory, Waves and Modern Physics, and Principles of Biology (cell biology). All Engineering and science courses are taught in English by TAU faculty members. Please note that some courses carry prerequisites but no prior knowledge of Hebrew is required.
Upon successful completion of the semester program, students earn 20 Boston University credits and receive an official BU transcript.

FACULTY OF LAW STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM
|
|
Qualified law students may participate in TAU’s semester exchange program. Students enroll in a variety of law courses, combined with the academic and social curriculum offered through the School for Overseas Students. A sample list of specialized courses based on the Spring 2007 course list semester is available online.
