Tel Aviv University’s undergraduate study abroad programs are conducted in conjunction with many of the top institutions of higher education in the United States and around the world.
International students may enroll in Tel Aviv University’s semester or yearlong study abroad program either independently or through their home schools. In addition, accomplished high school seniors may apply to spend their first college semester or year at Tel Aviv University.
The overseas programs offer a rich variety of exciting courses in the fields of International Relations, Social Sciences, Arts, Environmental Studies, History, Religion, Economics, and many more. Each course awards 3 academic credits, for a total of up to 15 undergraduate level credits per semester.
In addition, the semester or yearlong programs are preceded by an Intensive Hebrew course (Ulpan), offering students at different levels of language proficiency the ability to substantially develop their Hebrew skills. The Ulpan awards students 6 academic credits upon successful completion.
To enhance the study abroad experience, TAU offers exciting extracurricular activities and organized trips across Israel. The TAU campus also houses a wide array of social, cultural, and sports clubs, all of which students are invited to join.
“I came out of the OSP program with much more than I had going in. Great new friends, a wealth of knowledge, and experiences I will never forget.”
